Leaf Ashtray 12¼" circa 1956-1957, Dark Green Stipple glaze (see note), photos from the collection of Thomas Kroth

Note: Dark Green Stipple, Green Stipple, and Green Decorated are all believed to be different names for the same glaze, of which Green Stipple is most commonly used. This ashtray was listed in a catalog as Dark Green Stipple.

Further, this ashtray shows a translucent turquoise-blue color that doesn't seem to fit with Dark Green Stipple. However, other Green Stipple ashtrays show turquoise, and it certainly is a green stipple.
